RedBeard will be closed from 6 to 16 February inclusive so we can re-floor our kitchen and baking room. Our products will still be available at farmers' markets on 11 and 12 February and at the Regional Producers' Day at the Lake House in Daylesford on 12 February.

We specialise in certified organic, authentic sourdough bread, handmade with traditional techniques and baked in a huge 19th century woodfired Scotch oven.
Our licensed café features local, seasonal and organic ingredients. Our behind-the-scenes tours and sourdough baking workshops are a must for food and heritage lovers.
You will also find our produce at farmers' markets throughout Central Victoria - just look for the red beard!
