Our authentic sourdough loaves are available from RedBeard Café in Trentham and at farmers' markets.

Our standard range is available everyday:

Red Head

Traditional hi-tin sandwich loaf with deeply caramelised crust – biodynamic stone ground and organic wheat flours made on a rye leaven, salt & water

Blonde

A Vienna loaf with plenty of substance - biodynamic stone ground and organic wheat flours made on a rye leaven, salt & water, baked on the floor of the Scotch oven

Raven

This Bavarian black beauty is 100% rye (i.e. wheat free) – biodynamic stone ground dark & light rye flours, salt & water

Stubble

This rugged multigrain is the ultimate sandwich and toasting loaf – linseeds, sesame & sunflower seeds, biodynamic stone ground & organic wheat flours made on a rye leaven, salt & water

Brunette

This sesame seed encrusted wholemeal loaf is pure goodness – biodynamic stone ground wholewheat flour made on a rye leaven, salt & water

Carmen Miranda

A lush, spicy fruit loaf – organic sultanas, sun muscats, currants and apricots, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, pimento, cloves, biodynamic stone ground & organic wheat flours made on a rye leaven, salt & water
